Once you’ve chosen to customise your very own piece, please be sure that we will not refund or credit or accept change of mind.. make sure spelling is correct and that you place your order long before a particular due date, just in case delays occur. If delays occur we appreciate your patience but cannot cancel your order unfortunately.
